Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days before they ship. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions).

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–10 business days depending on your location, on top of processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact us at 1468beach@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can.
